Shipping Policy​

​We are proud to offer free shipping on domestic orders and international orders over £1000. All items are dispatched using a secure, trackable and fully insured delivery service. Confirmation of shipping will be sent via email once your item is dispatched. All orders are dispatched within three working days of receiving full payment.

Domestic Shipping​

All orders placed within the United Kingdom are shipped free of charge within three working days. Domestic orders are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery, with next day delivery guaranteed by Royal Mail.

International Shipping

All orders placed outside of the United Kingdom over £1000 are shipped free of charge within three working days. International orders are delivered using DHL Express, with delivery expected within 1-7 days from dispatch. Please note, local taxes and customs duties may apply to international deliveries. All taxes and/or duties incurred are the buyers responsibility, returns will not be accepted on the basis of duties or taxes levied. 

Collection - By Appointment Only

The collection of your order from our Hatton Garden office can be arranged, strictly by appointment only. If you would like to collect your order in person, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
